Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. Please note that exchanges and returns are not accepted for any bespoke or customised orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase. Postage fees are not refundable once your order has been shipped.

All returns will be processed as store credit in the form of a Romy Edgar gift card, which can be used for future purchases

Please kindly note that we do not offer refunds.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that: You are responsible for the delivery charges.

  • If returning from within the UK send by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. 
  • If returning from outside the UK send by signed for, insured and  tracked delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes bespoke orders, personalized items, or customized goods, such as engraved or resized pieces. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
